Plaintiffs: Timothy Abraham Curtis, Warner Ottley and John Hopton Forbes, acting Trustees and Executors named in the will of James Wilson.

Defendants: Amelia Wilson, Eliza Wilson, Mary Wilson and Lousia Wilson, infants by their guardian John Wilson, Eliza Wilson Whiting and Mary Ann Whiting, [unknown] Ewart and Janet Ewart his wife, late Janet Wilson, Jane Wilson (abroad) and Agnes Wilson infants and James Wilson (abroad).

AND.

Plaintiffs: Warner Ottley and John Hopton Forbes.

Defendants: William Morris, George Gibson, Amelia Wilson, Charles Saunders and Eliza Saunders his wife, Frances Saunders Mary Saunders, infant by said Charles Saunders her guardian, Mary Wilson, spinster, Eliza Wilson Whiting and Mary Ann Whiting, Timothy Abraham Curtis, John Wilson, John Gerrard and Louisa Gerrard his wife, Mary Frances Gerrard, infant by Charles Saunders her guardian,John Ewart and Janet Ewart his wife (abroad), James Wilson (abroad).
