Defendants: William Meddowcroft the younger, Edmund Meddowcroft, Charles Few, Mary Brown Meddowcroft late infant by Alexander Richard Warrand her guardian and Thomas Hammond and Elizabeth Hammond his wife, John Davies and Mary Davies his wife, William Sutton and Anne Sutton his wife late Anne Stanley and James Stanley.

Plaintiffs: John Perry and Leonard Hicks.

Defendants: James Lester since deceased.

Plaintiffs: said Edmund Meddowcroft and Mary Brown Meddowcroft late infant by said Edmund Meddowcroft her brother and next friend.
