Plaintiffs: Dame Hannah Clifton, wife of Sir Robert Clifton bart KB and Mary Turner Lombe, daughters and only children of Sir Thomas Lombe kt and late alderman of London, deceased by Dame Elizabeth Lombe his wife, infants by William Selwin and Foot Gregg their next friend.

Defendants: Dame Elizabeth Lombe, said Sir Robert Clifton, John Turner, esq and Thomas Turner, esq and others.

Subject: personal estate of the late Sir Thomas Lombe for stocks, annuities and a house in Chelsea, Middlesex, lands in Erith, Kent.
