Short title: Woodyatt v Gresley.

Plaintiffs: Thomas Woodyatt, Rev Donald Cameron, clerk, Georgiana Louisa Woodyatt, George Woodyatt, Louisa Woodyatt, Edward Woodyatt the younger and Eleanor Woodyatt last five named infants, by said Thomas Woodyatt their next friend.

Defendants: Dame Maria Elizabeth Gresley, widow, Sir Roger Gresley bart (now deceased), Richard Edensor Heathcote, Rev Edward Woodyatt, clerk and Louisa Georgiana Maria Woodyatt his wife, Joseph Martin and John Pearkes Lavender.

AND.

Plaintiffs: Thomas Woodyatt and Charles Hastings and James Best and said Georgiana Louisa Woodyatt, George Woodyatt, Louisa Woodyatt, Edward Woodyatt the younger and Eleanor Woodyatt by Thomas Woodyatt.
