Commissioner Richard Hughes, Portsmouth Dockyard. Receipt of letters and warrants to send the Severn's paybooks to Commissioner Vanbrugh at Plymouth, to receive timber on contract from Francis Withers, to receive 300 soldier's beds and to refresh the paint of the Clerk of the Survey's lodgings. The journal and log book of the Suffolk have been sent by coach today, and the money and conductor intended for Plymouth yard have been transferred from the Chesterfield to the Assurance. The Yarmouth has been undocked from the North dock.
