Reciprocity with the US: forwards report from the delegates sent to the US to resolve the issue of the reciprocity agreement. Reports that the delegates were successful in negotiating a draft convention which, after the approval of the Privy Council, was signed by on behalf of the Governor of Jamaica. Forwards statements explaining how loss of some revenue can be balanced out with additional duties and taxes.
