Law No 23 of 1899, 'The Elementary Education Law, 1892-97, Amendment Law, 1899': forwards authenticated copies of the law [not in item] with the Attorney General's report. Forwards copy of the Bill, copies of the debates in the Legislative Council and reports of the Select Committees of the Council. Reports on the main changes under the amendments which include a greater control being awarded to the government to limit expenditure incurred in education and a limit on the length of time a child can spend in education.
