Rubber on Crown Lands: reports that the agreement, which allowed Mr Chapman and Mr Cork to collect rubber on government lands, has already been brought to the Legislative Council, but as yet no action has been taken. Reports that all information, including correspondence conducted after the Agreement had been entered into, will be presented to the Legislative Council, and on the strength of that, the Council will be unlikely to approve the proposals.
