Railway: telegram reporting that Railway bondholders were asked to supply information about the amount of interest received on Railway Bonds. Reports that they were unable to supply this information, so request was sent to Mr Gibbs to supply books showing receipt of interest from Railway payments. Reports that government was not responsible for delay.
