Ordinance No 11 of 1897: 'An Ordinance to amend the Stann Creek Railway Ordinance 1895'; forwards authenticated and unauthenticated copies of the ordinance [not in item] with a copy of the Attorney General's Report. Amended to allow the Syndicate to be paid a price based on the cost price of the railway line and plant allowing for depreciation. Details that said measures have been sent to the local manager of the British Honduras Syndicate and to Mr Jackson, Chairman of the Syndicate in England. Folios 205-209, No 36.
