Resignation of Mr F H Wilcher Superintendent of Roads: Transmits two medical reports from Dr Lang declaring him fit for work, and his subsequent resignation, on the grounds he is physically incapable of performing his duties; this has been accepted on the advice of the Executive Council; states the Public Works Department will have to be remodelled as a result of this resignation and another competent officer appointed in Mr Wilcher's place.
