Spirit Licence of Mr G R Fletcher: Sends memorial from him and from inhabitants of Grenada regarding the refusal to renew Mr Fletcher's licence, recommends that the refusal of Colonel Governor to grant this should not be interfered with, encloses the Administrator's despatch and the report from the Inspector of Police endorsing this.
