Sent by the Director of Military Operations on 01/06/1906.

Returns papers relating to Anglo German boundary in East Africa; offers observations on boundary in general and on three questions of importance: retention of Mizinda Harbour, adoption of River Kagera as the frontier and ownership of Mfumbiro region; also encloses précis of geographical information concerning Mfumbiro region by Lieutenant T T Behrens (includes printed copy).
