Sent by the Colonial Office on 27/03/1906.

Transmits correspondence from Captain G E Smith, Royal Engineers, enclosing Protocols of Anglo-German Boundary Commission east of Lake Victoria, including sketch map; also includes extensive minutes, and memorandum by G E P Hertslet entitled 'Mfumbiro as a quid pro quo for Kilimanjaro', 17 April 1906 (includes printed copy).
