Description

From Commander George Jackson, Corhampton, Hants, to the Navy Board. As the Admiralty intended that Germany should be better understood in the Navy, draws attention to the accompanying plan, showing the possibility of combining sea-practice with theory by giving the vessel, where the men are employed on board, a constant motion.
