John Wilson Croker. Are sending a copy letter from Messrs Rennie, Engineers, with tenders from Messrs McIntosh, Messrs Fox and Williams and Messrs Johnson, for completing the breakwater at Plymouth. The two former indicated they were disinclined to undertake the work at their own risk and responsibility, while the latter was prepared to meet those conditions.
