Description

G Smith from William Carpenter, Master of Hyperion, at Deal. The stoppers fitted to Hyperion were of the most essential service, particularly the one fitted to the beam on the fore part of the main hatchway. We were able to bring the ship up in any weather and feels this one of the best stoppers for chain cables.

Enclosure.
