Mr. Smith, the Assistant to the Ordnance Solicitor, and Mr. Bicknell, the Solicitor of the Commissioners of the Navy, have agreed on a sum to be offered to Mr. Wyatt in full compensation for his manorial rights over the Crown's lands at Sheerness and the adjacent shore, and have been authorized to proceed.
