John Wilson Croker. There is a dispute between the Board of Ordnance and Mr. Wyatt regarding his right to remove shingle from the beach at Sheerness. The county Court found in Mr. Wyatt's favour in 1818. The Board of Ordnance and Navy Board Solicitor propose to buy out Mr. Wyatt. Opine that the payment should be shared equally by the Navy Board and Board of Ordnance and ask permission to pay the proportion deemed the responsibility of the Board.
