Description

John Wilson Croker. The works for the improvement of Sheerness dockyard are now so far advanced that the Ordnance Department should leave their premises in Powder Monkey Bay. We submit that for the present all cruisers should be ordered to refit at Chatham yard instead of Sheerness. Ask for approval.
