Description

J.W. Croker. Seamen are to be discharged and many are expected to claim a Greenwich pension. Is apprehensive of their potential flocking to London. Each man being discharged is to give particulars of service to enable the issue of certificates of time and to state where he intends to live. This will also affect the payment of Prize money.
