Ask them to give information to any tenderers for the work of repairing the Naval Hospital at Gibraltar on the extent of the works required, and to reuse such materials as are fit for the purpose, what materials the contractors will themselves supply and what is to be supplied by the establishment, agree costs of such supplies and the timescale for completion of the work and security to be given.
