Description

John Wilson Croker. In reducing numbers of various classes of workmen in the dockyards to peace establishment, some men who have a good character and have worked many years, but not the 30 usually required for superannuation, may be discharged. Ask whether such persons can be recommended for the lower rate of superannuation.
