Description

Copy letter from Commissioner Dundas, Simons Town, Cape of Good Hope to the Navy Board. I have agreed the purchase of a house for the Commissioner's residence, with possession from 1st week of April or sooner, approximate price £4,800-£5,000, which is more than Mr Brand's house, the roof of which is not in good repair.
