Description

John Wilson Croker. Lieutenant M H Suckling wrote about a stop put to his Half Pay in 1804 and the debt due by him to the Victualling Department as Commander and Purser of the Furnace. He asked to receive the remainder of his Half Pay. This was withheld due to his not leaving his address at the Admiralty, nor having taken up the commission to the Camel. Ask for directions.
