The Plymouth Officers to the Navy Board. We find the Medusa in so bad a state as to require at least 3 months' work to make her fit for sea. As we believe not all the docks here should be blocked for so long a period, the other 2 also being in use, we suggest putting her out again at present, and to keep that dock open for ships which may arrive. Ask for further instructions.
