Description

John Wilson Croker. Propose a canal is made from Erith to Woolwich, to enter the Thames near Woolwich at the camber at the lower part of the arsenal, on the opinion of the Woolwich Officers who attended Commissioner Bentham and Mr Stevens, Surveyor at the Arsenal. Have advised Mr Troward, Solicitor for the Bill for cutting the canal accordingly.
