Lieutenant Ambrose Warham, one of the Poor Knights of Windsor under Mr. Travers' will, having died, you are asked to recommend the three Lieutenants, Daniel Stevens, Harry Forbes and John Wilby, for whom we have the proper testimonials. This is so two of them may be presented to HM and one added to the list in place of the deceased.
