Description

Commissioner Hope, Navy Board to Evan Nepean. There is a man whose name is Constable, Carpenter, invalided home from the St. Albans and Captain Pinder has written saying that Constable surpasses in every point the character I have given him. He is now applying for superannuation and is sure he is no shirker and would prove it if he could.
