Evan Nepean. Have agreed with Claes Grill for the purchase of masts and timber, being the cargo of several Dutch ships that were bound to Spain and detained by HM Order in Council, in the harbour of Plymouth and Mounts Bay. Ask for one of the ships, the Vreede, to be navigated to Plymouth.
