Description

Philip Stephens. The work of clearing the ships paid off at Chatham is nearly over and have directed the lighter sent there to assist, to be returned to Woolwich. Have asked the Chatham Officers to hasten her departure and to report why she had been so long with the Adamant's stores. Are sending their reply and ask for orders to prevent interruption to the King's service.
