Commissioner Curry informs us that on a request from Vice Admiral Lord Shuldham, he has ordered a boom to be constructed and placed between the Devil's Tower and Mount Edgcumbe Battery. Ask for this work to be stopped, otherwise the business of the yard will be interrupted and the progress of ships will be impeded.
