Philip Stephens. At Deptford this morning, men left the Fortitude, the moment she was moored alongside the hulk, having been directed to attend the launching only. As it is necessary to have the ship ready to go to Woolwich by the next spring tide, asks for these men to be sent orders to return and remain on board to assist in fitting her out.
