Drawing his attention to their letter of the 18 January 1850 requesting his explanation for his defaultation as collector of the poor rates. He asks that he will forward such explanation to the Poor Law Board for their consideration. Paper Number: 2188/1850. Poor Law Union Number 613. Counties: Glamorganshire and Monmouthshire.
