Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to T Watkins [Thomas Watkins], Clerk to the Guardians of the Cardiff Poor Law Union, referring to a memorial from the guardians on the subject of a proposal to separate the rural parishes from Cardiff. After consideration the Poor Law Board have set out their decision that no grounds have been shown for any alteration of the Cardiff Poor Law Union. Paper Number: 122/1850. Poor Law Union Number 613. Counties: Glamorganshire and Monmouthshire.
