Letter From t Watkins [Thomas Watkins], Clerk to the Guardians of the Cardiff Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board in respect of a vaccination return for the year ended 29 Sept 1849. Form titled Vaccination Extension Act for the Cardiff Poor Law Union, showing names of public vaccinators, name of vaccination district, ages of persons vaccinated and the number of births during the year, including workhouse.
