Appointment of District Medical Officer of St Johns and St Marks: Transmits despatch from the Officer Administering the Government of Grenada enclosing particulars of appointment and requesting that appointment be made, should the draft Medical Officers Ordinance submitted in despatch number 45 of April 10th 1880 receive approval of Colonial Office; also transmits previous despatch from Lieutenant Governor Harley explaining circumstances under which Dr Proctor is at present acting as Medical Officer of St Johns and St Marks, at salary of £250 per annum.
