Transmits despatch from Lieutenant Governor Harley, reporting on Ordinance 13 of 1st February 1879, entitled 'an Ordinance to authorise the appointment of certain Medical Officers', also transmits for approval a draft of another Ordinance entitled 'an Ordinance to authorize the appointment of Medical Officers and to define the duties to be performed by such Medical Officers'; recommends that the Ordinance of 1st February 1879 be disallowed and that the new one be introduced.
