Appointment of Mr Joseph Worrall, Revenue Officer Grenada, as Chief Examining Officer, Gold Coast with salary of £400, if accepted should come immediately: Acknowledges receipt of telegram and sends reply 'Worrall accepts - leaves next mail' Explains that delay in reporting Worrall's acceptance was due to difficulty in communicating between Grenada and Carriacou, where Mr Worrall was stationed. Encloses despatch from Lieutenant Governor Harley of Grenada, reporting an advance made to Worrall of £70 and his return ticket to England.
