Folios 1-2: William Burt, aged 24, marine; case number 1; disease or hurt, fractura patulla dextra. Put on sick list, 30 April 1831 off the River Tagus. Discharged 11 June 1831 to HM packet Magnet for a passage to Plymouth hospital.

Folio 10: Robert Flocker, aged 23, supernumerary seaman; case number 20; disease or hurt, vulnus cum curia electrica. This man was struck by the electric fluid on the lumbar egion and the left shoulder. Put on sick list, 4 January 1832 off the coast of Portugal. Discharged 12 January 1832 into HMS Victory.
