Description

Folios 41-42: Thomas Evans, aged 36, seaman; disease or hurt, griping and purging. Put on sick list, 22 February 1805. Discharged 20 March 1805 to duty.

Folios 42-43: Phillip Murry, aged 38, seaman; disease or hurt, vomiting of bilious matter, purging and griping. Put on sick list, 23 February 1805. Discharged 23 March 1805 to duty.

Folios 43-44: Thomas Burlen, aged 29, seaman; disease or hurt, fever. Put on sick list, 4 February 1805. Discharged 9 February 1805 to Madras Hospital.

Folios 44-45: George Bury, aged 33, seaman; disease or hurt, vomiting and violent spasms of the abdomen. Put on sick list, 12 February 1805. Died 20 February 1805 off Madras Roads.

Folio 45: John Smith, aged 18; disease or hurt, pain in loins and all limbs, a heaviness and pain across eyes, skin very hot. Put on sick list, 2 March 1805. Discharged 10 March 1805.

Folio 46: Remarks about the accommodation of the sick and the economy of the ship.

Folio 46: A numerical abstract of those died on board, killed by accident, lost over board and sent to hospital between 6 May 1804 and 31 March 1805.

Folios 47-48: Blank.
