Folios 24-25: Frederick Hopstring, aged about 38, sergeant of marines; disease or hurt, pain in left side, difficulty of breathing. Put on sick list, 22 January 1804. Discharged 29 January 1804 to hospital at Madras.
Folios 25-26: John Shepherd, marine; disease or hurt, pain in left side, violent pain in all limbs with nausea. Put on sick list, 2 March 1804. Died 8 March 1804.
Folios 26-27: James Madden; disease or hurt, nausea and pain in head. Put on sick list, 3 March 1804. Discharged [?].
Folios 27-28: William Swain, aged about 27; disease or hurt, pain of head and loins and across the breast, breathing difficult and hurried, skin dry and hot. Put on sick list, 10 April 1804 at sea. Discharged [29 April 1804?].
