Folio 1: James Benwell, aged 25; disease or hurt, pain of head and loins, slight cough. Put on sick list, 6 May 1803. Discharged 29 May 1803 to duty.

Folios 1-2: Charles White, aged 30; disease or hurt, sore throat, pain in swallowing, cough and pain in side. Put on sick list, 8 May 1803. Discharged 29 May 1803 to duty.

Folio 2: Erastus Dolberg, aged 30; disease or hurt, swelling of legs and feet. Put on sick list, [?]. Discharged 10 June 1803 to duty.
