Folio 1: Robert Perkins, aged 18, 15 Company; disease or hurt, rubeola. Put on sick list, 11 November 1861, HMS Sanspareil on passage to Mexico. Sent to the Royal Naval Hospital, Plymouth, 11 November 1861. With a short account of the spread of the disease on board.
Folio 2: Henry Illson, aged 25, Private Marine, 110 Company; disease or hurt, syphilis and bubo. Put on sick list, 13 November 1861, at Plymouth Sound. Discharged, 14 January 1862. Folio 2: Daniel Keefe, aged 25, Private Marine, 110 Company; disease or hurt, syphilis and bubo. Put on sick list, 17 November 1861. Sent to Port Royal Hospital, 17 December 1861. Folio 2: William Nicholas, aged 23, Private Marine, 3 Company; disease or hurt, gonorrhoea and dyspepsia. Put on sick list, 19 November 1861, at sea. Invalided on board HMS Sanspareil, 29 January 1862.
