Commissioner Henry Martin, Portsmouth. Receipt of letters and warrants to expect treenails and black varnish on the Plymouth transport at Deptford, that another servant has been ordered to William Amhurst, Quarterman of Shipwrights, to pay the usual allowances to Mr. Mosely and the people employed in navigating the Woolwich from Bursledon to Portsmouth, to send stores due to Plymouth by the transports now in the River and ordered to call here, to take down the old Chapel and use the materials in the new one and to allow leave to the Purser of the Prince William and Andrew Anderson, cook of the Salisbury, who has asked for leave which has been granted.
