Commissioner Henry Martin, Portsmouth. Receipt of letter and warrants to expect more money, to secure the knee of the head of the Defence so she may go to Blackstakes, to provide an account of the expense incurred on account of the convicts, to receive smooth paving stone from Messrs. Ellis and Collins and that money is to be taken for the Veteran from the that granted for the Elephant. Is sending the certificate of Messrs. Parlby and Templer's works. William Hollis, Boatswain of the Victory and William Parr, Gunner of the Winchelsea have been given leave. Is sending the weekly progress and a petition from William Amhurst, Quarterman of Shipwrights, who is a very diligent and deserving man
