Description

Commissioner Henry Martin, Portsmouth. Receipt of letter and warrants to receive the Woolwich, intended to be launched on the 15th December, to pay John Mumford his travelling expenses and is sending a petition from the Shipwrights and Caulkers of Gosport. By last night's machine the pay books of the Salisbury were sent and is sending the weekly progress. Yesterday, the company of the Pegase were paid, the Discovery transport came into Harbour and today, the Hebe sailed from Spithead. By this evening's machine will send the pay books of the Pilote cutter with the weekly accounts. Is sending a certificate and pay ticket for Patrick Buck of the Pegase
