Description

Commissioner Henry Martin, Portsmouth. Receipt of warrants to send copper boltstaves to Bursledon for the Woolwich and to receive from Messrs. Wilson, the iron due. Is sending the weekly progress. By this evening's machine, will send the muster books of the Queen with the monthly and weekly accounts with certificates
