Commissioner Henry Martin, Portsmouth. Receipt of letters to expect more money and in reply to which he has no objection to an exchange between the Cooks of the Fox and Penelope. Receipt of warrants to make out bills to Mrs. Mary Franklin for ballast baskets on the terms given, to load the Plymouth transport on her return from Plymouth, with stores for Sheerness, to make additions to the Extra estimate and reference to a letter from Messrs Parlby and Company. Has given the Clerk of the Cheque leave. By last night's coach, sent the pay books of the Goliath and is sending the weekly progress. The sloop which arrived at Spithead, is the Orestes. This afternoon the Hebe sailed from Spithead. By this evening's coach will send the muster books of the Pegase, the account of expense on the heads of Extra, Ordinary, Wear and Tear and transports for the last quarter with a specification of stores received and the weekly accounts
