Receipt of letter and warrants to order the Purveyor to purchase hard English soap for making white hawsers, to proceed on the Pilote Cutter's defects, to take from the buildings to be erected on the Landing hulk, money for completing the Commissioner's Garden wall, to receive the soap and to send a profile and section of the Masthouses proposed to be built.
